Ex d Well-Glass
The 261 well-glass is a high light output luminaire ideally suitable for demanding and hazardous environments. It accommodates high pressure discharge lamps up to 400W and also incandescent lamps up to 500W. External reflectors are available making the 261 suitable for medium and high bay applications.
The luminaire is made from corrosion resistant aluminium alloy and toughened boro-silicate glass using stainless steel fastenings and has an IP66/67 rating. It features a large side mounted increased safety terminal chamber eliminating the need for flameproof cable glands and allowing for flush mounting.
Versions of the 261 are available for low temperature operation at -40ºC on certain lamp ranges.
